⚠️PLEASE READ! IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL.
Due to concerns about the escalating threat of COVID-19, we are taking additional precautionary measures within the clinic to keep our staff, patients and clients safe, while continuing to provide essential patient care. These changes will minimize human exposure and help to ensure that we can continue to care for your pet’s needs during this difficult time.

Effective January 2022:
WE INTEND TO STAY OPEN AND OPERATE OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS
For all appointments and drop offs, please have only one person enter the building when bringing your pet to the clinic. If you have children with you, feel free to call the office when you arrive and a staff member will come out to the parking lot and get your pet.

ROUTINE CARE, MEDICAL EXAMS, GROOMING APPOINTMENTS:
We highly recommend and will be offering drop-off appointments as long as kennel space is available. These appointments will allow the owner to drop the pet off as we perform the requested services and owners pick the pet up at a later scheduled time.
If you are ill at all, including symptoms of the common cold or flu, please reschedule your appointment if it is not medically urgent. If you are sick and your pet needs medical attention, please send your pet to be dropped off for the appointment with another person. If you do not have anyone available to bring your pet to us, please call us for further instructions and we will do our best to help you.

MEDICATION AND FOOD REFILLS:
You may continue to refill your medications and food with us. If you give us advance notice we can prepare any refills or food requests before you arrive. We can also bring food and medications out to your vehicle if advance notice is given.
FOOD DELIVERY: We will be here for your pet food needs but you may want to consider utilizing our food delivery partners during this time, especially if you desire a larger than normal food order. You will not need to leave the house, food comes straight from our supplier and shipping is free. Ask us for further details on this if you are interested. If we are forced to shut down at any point we will still be able to approve food and medication requests.

BOARDING DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
All belongings, including bowls, toys, leashes, collars, must not accompany your pet. You may bring a small container of your pet’s food with you.
Upon pick-up, please call our office when you arrive and remain in your car. We will review any pertinent information and collect payment. One of our staff members will then come to the parking lot to bring your pet to you.

Please be patient with us as we navigate this new process with you. We have a very small staff, and two members are considered high-risk due to age and pregnancy. If we are to become short-staffed, waiting times may be longer than normal. We are very sorry to inconvenience anyone. Our primary goal is to stay healthy, keep others around us healthy and continue to provide service throughout the duration of this pandemic.
